PDP offers its clients assistance with Operator’s identification, screening, and contract negotiation.We offer the Owner assistance with:

• Expression of the Interest (EoI) to identify most suitable Operator to better serve interests of the Owner
•  Letter of Intent (LoI), received in the cource of negotiations,  to set out basic commercial terms on which the management or franchise agreement will be based
• Hotel Management or Franchise Agreement(s) (HMA) to conclude the long-term commercial and legal framework of operation of the property and relationships between Owner and the Operator
• Technical Service Agreement (TSA) to govern the design and construction phase of the development project and to agree millstones of the development all in accordance with the standards and regulations of the Operator
