Lender Supervision

PDP monitors and reports to lenders during the development of a project on overall progress and performance against pre-agreed programs and budgets.  We make sure that funds are being drawn down appropriately to the progress of a project. Our experience and methodical approach protect the interests of lenders and reduces risk.

• Review of contract documents
• Review and advise on project financial plan
• Valuation of performed works
• Progress monitoring and assessment vs agreed schedule
• Review and assessment of payments to be in line with contract terms
• Assist with the financial closure of the projects
